        Machine shown is variable speed with 3/8" wide seal. It seals up to 45 feet per minute at temperatures up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

BUBBLEBAGS^® AND FOAM BAGS ARE MADE TO ORDER.

BUBBLEBAGS^® POUCHES ON A ROLL are made of 3/16" 3rd web bubble, smooth on the inside and outside and are impregnated with high slip material for easy insertion of products.  Foam bags are made from 1/16" (.060) white foam.  Gray 3/32" (.090) polylaminated foam is also available.

Bubble and Foam Bags on Rolls can be used with a rotary band sealer to automate production and eliminate adhesive closure.
